Todd M. Hamilton
Senior Managing Director, Bolder Capital
Prior to founding Bolder Capital in January 2004, Mr. Hamilton was the Founder and Chairman of Bear Holdings, LLC, a private holding company solely focused on micro-cap transactions with enterprise values up to $100 million.
Prior to Bear, Todd was the President and CEO of CAMP Systems International, Inc. Under his leadership, CAMP became the largest provider of corporate and VIP aircraft maintenance tracking services in the world resulting in a highly successful sale.
From 1994 to 1997, Todd was the Founder and Managing Director of Greyrock Capital Partners, LLC, a private investment firm focused on industry specific, value added micro-cap build-up opportunities. Previously, Todd was a consultant with Anderson Consulting and prior to Anderson, a commercial real estate broker with a large private firm in Denver, Colorado.
Todd currently serves on the Boards and provides strategic vision for the following Bolder portfolio companies:
Todd has received many business and leadership awards and honors, most notably being the youngest Presidential Appointee to a Federal Advisory Board. He is a Trustee of Chicago House, a member of The Commercial Club of Chicago, a board member of Children’s Memorial Hospital of Chicago, and is chairman of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Chicago.
Todd received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
Todd is an avid golfer, skier, photographer and traveler.
