Jim Rogers
Chairman and CEO, Industrial Service Solutions and Horsburgh & Scott
Jim Rogers serves as chairman and CEO of Industrial Service Solutions and Horsburgh & Scott. Prior to joining Bolder Capital in 2008, Rogers was a partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a leading private equity firm based in New York City. In this role, Rogers served as chairman and had lead responsibility for the business transformations of Alliant Foodservice, SIRVA, Inc., Brakes Bros., and VWR International, Inc. Before joining CD&R in 1988, Jim was a senior vice president of General Electric, leading its Industrial Service businesses, as well as a member of the Corporate Executive Council. Jim started his career with GE in 1972 and held various financial and general management positions.
Jim received his BA in Economics from Rutgers College.
