While we look to back experienced and capable management teams, a critical catalyst to Bolder’s investment strategy is its Operations Initiative, which includes substantial guidance from experienced industry executives. Highly experienced senior executives serve as Executive Advisors for all buy-and-build strategies. These Operating Executives bring a wealth of professional experience to each build-up strategy and provide expert strategic guidance to all of our partners as they execute on add-on acquisitions and new organic growth initiatives.
