Ed Pulwer joined Sechrist in August 2009 as president and CEO, with over 25 years experience in medical technology related to respiratory, cardiovascular, sleep diagnostics and therapies. Prior to Sechrist, Pulwer worked with VIASYS Healthcare/Cardinal, serving as senior operating executive for the respiratory care business in ventilation and technology. He was responsible for integrating this acquired business into Cardinal. Pulwer also served as executive vice president and chief operating officer for VIASYS, where he spearheaded several acquisitions and growth initiatives, as well as the company’s acquisition by Cardinal.
