Jane Kiernan serves as CEO of Salter Labs. For nearly 30 years, Kiernan has held various executive healthcare positions, 21 of those years with Baxter Healthcare Corporation. Her experiences range from launching a national asset management operation in the U.S.; co-leading the successful execution of a turnaround plan for a $4 billion business; and leading the repositioning of a $1.8 billion global parenteral nutrition and IV business with Baxter.
Kiernan serves on the board of directors for American Medical Systems, a Minneapolis-based medical device company, and the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago.
